Small Claims Summons
Fixed Fee £225
This service is only available when the debt is below £3,000. We will draft and prepare the small claims form, we will then issue it to the court and then serve the debtor and inform you of the date. The cost of this claim can be added to the debt claimed. If the debt if over £3,001 then a Summary Cause Summons can be issued.
Earnings Arrestment
Fixed Fee £299
The debtor must be employed. We apply to a sheriff officer for the order that the debtors' employer repays directly from their earnings. The fee is fixed and includes all costs. The cost of this claim can be added to the debt claimed.
Inhibition
Fixed Fee £499
If you know the debtor owns a property, you can prevent them from selling the property or transferring it to someone else's name unless the debtor pays the debt.
Exceptional Attachment Order
Fixed Fee £199
We apply to the courts and arrange for the sheriff officer to go to the debtors address and seize the debtor's goods. The fixed fee includes solicitors, court costs and bailiff fees. The cost of this claim can be added to the debt claimed.
