Legal 4 Landlords are serious about recovering your debt so we have introduced a new service. We can now offer an Employment Tracing service, which will attempt to obtain a current working address and details for your absconding debtors. This service is on a NO SUCCESS, NO FEE basis. If your trace is unsuccessful you will be refunded your payment in full.

    87%. The success rate depends on the amount of information that you can supply.

    What is the success rate with the employment trace?

    92%. The success rate depends on the amount of information that you can supply and if you have the National Insurance number that is ideal.

    Is it better to instruct the Trace immediately?

    No, three/four weeks is the best time or the longer you leave it the higher the success rate will be.

    How long does it take to get a result?

    In most cases we can get a trace back within seven business days, in certain circumstances it can take up to 20 business days.

    What checks are made?

    We check over 35 registers, to confirm a trace we have to have confirmation from a minimum three independent sources.

    Binder has worked as a financial director for over 15 years, as well as successfully building a property portfolio of over 20 properties. Binder's role within the business is to oversee the financial arm of the business including invoicing, payments and claims.

    Sim Sekhon
    (Sales Director)



    Sim has for over 5 years run and managed a sales team of over 30 staff with a turnover of £5,000,000 plus. Sim has a vast property portfolio mixed between commercial and residential. Sim's role within L4L is to oversee the key accounts and offer support to the franchise network.

    Stephen Moss
    (Operations Director)



    Stephen previously owned and run a successful chain of 6 letting/estate agents in the Northwest for over 6 years. He has a property portfolio with residential and commercial properties. Stephen's role within Legal 4 Landlords is to support and develop the franchise network, he is also responsible for reviewing new products.
